6D125E excavator water pump

introduce：
The upper outlet of the engine is equipped with a water pump, which is driven by a belt to pump the hot water out of the channel of the engine cylinder block and the cold water into the pump.
working principle：
Through the pulley drive pump bearings and impeller rotation, the coolant in the pump is driven by the impeller to rotate
together, under the action of centrifugal force is thrown to the edge of the pump shell, while producing a certain pressure, and then out of the channel or water pipe. The center of the impeller due to the coolant is thrown out and the pressure is reduced,the coolant in the water tank in the pump inlet and impeller center under the pressure difference action by the water pipe is inhaled into the impeller, to achieve the reciprocating circulation of the coolant.

Fault performance of water pump. 

1. Idle speed is unstable
Pump failure can cause pump rotational resistance to increase.
2 There will be noise in the engine part
The sound is a rotating friction sound, similar to a "cheong Cheong" sound. This sound can be accelerated with the engine
rotation, and the volume changes. This noise is generally with the severity of the fault and become more and more obvious.
3. Cooling system failure
1) Hot air is not hot
One of the most overlooked phenomena caused by poor flow. In winter, when the temperature of the engine warms up, the hot wind does not blow out. Inexperienced people even think that the car is not good, it is time to change the car. In fact, change a small water pump can solve the problem completely.
2) The engine water temperature is unstable
The indicator needle of engine water temperature fluctuates in a certain range. The reason is that the water temperature in the small cycle becomes inconsistent due to the lack of circulation. On the one hand, the temperature of the thermostat increases when it opens; on the other hand, after the high temperature water flows out, the water at the top quickly flows to the thermostat,making the thermostat quickly close. Under normal circumstances, after heating up, the water temperature of the engine will be kept at a relatively constant level, about 93℃.
3) Reduced cooling water, poor circulation, high engine temperature
By this time, the pump has been relatively serious damage. If continue to drive will directly lead to engine damage aggravation.
