The BM type three-cylinder plunger pump is a high-pressure, high-speed light and small three-cylinder piston pump. The pump has a high speed and can be directly connected to a 4-pole motor without the need for a deceleration device.

Use and operation
1: Preparation
Before use, the lubricating oil (N68-GB3142-82) should be injected into the crankcase to half of the oil mark.
Connect the matching water outlet pipe, water inlet pipe, water suction filter and bypass pipe to check whether the fasteners and each pipe joint are loose.
Connect the pump inlet and outlet pipes, and install a filter device of not less than 40 mesh/inch at the inlet pipe to prevent debris from entering the pump and affect the normal operation of the pump.
2: Startup and operation
Generally, the unloading valve has been adjusted to the rated pressure, no need to adjust. If it needs to be adjusted again, the gun should be fired first. After the gun is fired, the pressure regulating handwheel of the unloading valve is rotated to make the pressure reach the predetermined value. , you can start working.
